I am a 34 B and am thinking of going to a D or DD in July but cant decide. I am going for a round implant over the muscle and through the nipple as I want to compete in a physique competition so i want them looking like the last picture at the biggest but they look different on everyone so I am a bit lost! Can anyone help me decide? I like to exercise a lot as well (running, weights and lots of sport). Thanks. Apologies for unprofessional picture I just took them as found this website.

Answer: Breast implant size Hi there,First thing I would say is dont focus on a cup size. The image you have provided is a good guide, but it is not always possible to lock in a cup size, because it is not a standardised measurement. Computer simulation software such as VECTRA, which many plastic surgeons offer can be helpful in choosing the size of implant.Your surgical aims are all reasonable and appropriate given your hobbies.I would personally steer away from an incision via the nipple. In my opinion it means cutting through breast tissue and if you do happen to get a poor scar, that scar will be in the middle of your breast. A scar under the breast is by far the most common approach and can usually be done via a 4cm scar, particularly with a Keller funnel. All the bestRichard
