I want a natural/ larger size . I'm thinking 400cc. I don't want a lot of side boob because I have broad shoulders and I feel like that would make it look wider. I like a little bit of sag because it looks more natural in my opinion. I don't want very perky. And not a lot of space in between. What size would fit my body type best without looking more wide ?

Answer: What size implants for broad shoulders. Hello, thank you for your question. Sounds like you are leaning towards a moderate profile implant which have the look you described not very perky and more pendulous which is more natural to the breast shape is. As far as size goes then you will have to talk to your plastic surgeon for measurements and sizing to see what will fit your frame. For some fun before and afters check out our website.

Answer: Not a candidate for breast augmentation You are a poor candidate for breast augmentation. Your breasts are too low on the chest wall and adding 450 cc's implants will make the situation worse. You need a breast lift using The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Choosing the right size and profile breast implants for you. I recommend an in person consultation with a plastic surgeon to discuss your goals and be measured. After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size and style breast implants, and they choose what looks right for them. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. You get to see actual results and the surgeon's experience and not a virtual idea of what can be achieved. Women tell me that this process is very helpful in determining what size and style breast implant is right for them. Dr. Ted Eisenberg, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and Author.
