One surgeon said I shouldn't go bigger than 250cc and he was the surgeon who did measurements on me. Surgeon I've paid deposit for hasn't done measurements but I like his before and after photos. I am 107 pounds with narrower shoulders and 5'5. Please give me advice on what I should do to go from an A to C cup?

Answer: Measurements matter It is hard to know exactly what size You would need based on height alone. All women have different widths and heights to their chest wall and desires for breast shape. Some woman have breasts that sit lower on her chest naturally than others The exact volume of the implant is less important than finding the implant that fits your desired look.

Answer: Sizing Thank you for your question. Determining implant size depends on a few different things. Nipple to crease distance, how much natural breast tissue you have and width of the breast are just a few things that have to be discussed. I would recommend speaking with your Board Certified Plastic Surgeon to see if they offer 3D imaging which will help determine and show you what you can look like in certain sizes. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes.
