I've wanted a rhinoplasty pretty much all my life. Mainly to make my tip a bit pointy and narrower (My nose tip shown in the pictures lacks definition, is very bulbous.) reduce alar, project my nose a bit more without shortening it ( ideally elongate my nose slightly) I HAVE A VERY TYPICAL ASIAN NOSE. I have also attached a morph here, was wondering if the result was achievable. If so, what kind of procedure would l need, would I need a graft. I am based in the UK

Based on your photos, it does appear that refining the tip of your nose and creating more height and projection to the bridge and tip of your nose will make a nice change to your overall appearance. A rhinoplasty specialist will be able to comprehensively address the issues you have with your nose. DCF (Diced cartilage fascia) provides permanent results without the risk of warping or resorption of en bloc rib cartilage, and with a much lower rate of migration, infection, or extrusion than synthetic grafts. With a rhinoplasty surgeon experienced in this technique, diced cartilage wrapped in fascia is a consistent, reliable, long-lasting technique for creating dorsal augmentation with excellent results. Results are very surgeon dependent, so choosing the right surgeon is important. You are a good candidate to have your bridge and nostrils narrowed. I really think you need your tip lifted as well. It just hangs too much. Many people are afraid their nose will end up too short. I don’t see that as a problem in your case
