Thank you for your question. Narrowing your nose bridge might make your nose look slightky more defined from the front, but I wouldn't expect a great effect by performing osteotomy only. For the best effect I would advise bridge augmentation with implants (silicone or cartilage) and tip plasty. Alar base reduction doesn't seem to be necassary.

There would be several ways to address your nasal shape. I would recommend the more conservative approach of doing osteotomies to narrow your bridge as well as alar sill reduction to narrow your alar base. Along with tip refinement techniques this would give you a nice result without the risks of implants.
