White flat patch on nose tip - what could this be? (photos)

Warm greetings! I had my rhinoplasty on Aug 2019. I don’t use silicone at all. I use my right ear cartilage and a little trimming around my nose tip. After I recovered, I often do facial treatment with whiteheads extraction. Lately, I just discovered a small flat-white-patch on my nose tip. Maybe it’s just me being paranoid. But dear doctors, what do you think this is? Is it dangerous? Thanks a lot.
