Although there are subtle differences between the two, these terms are most commonly used interchangeably. Forehead reduction is often done at the same time of a brow lift.

Forehead reduction can mean two different things.  Sometimes people use this to mean reduction of the bone of the forehead.  This makes the forehead more feminine and attractive, helps make the eyes brighter, and can be a powerful way to improve your appearance.  Other times forehead reduction is used to mean scalp advancement wherein the hairline is brought forward to make the forehead look smaller.

With both of these procedures browlift can be done at the same time.  A forehead lift is basically doing the same thing as a browlift in that the eyebrows are the key features of the forehead that need to stay elevated.
