MRI scanning reports indicate no lipoma even when there are several very visible lipomas all my body.

Thank you for sharing your question.  Unfortunately topical treatments like aloe vera gel, heat, and damp cloths will not improve or cure lipomas.  Only surgical intervention to remove the affected fat can produce a permanent improvement.  Hope this helps.
