Can lipoma come back right after surgery? I had a lipoma removed a week ago. (Photo)

It was removed from mu back lower ledt side. Is it normal for it to still be swollen, uncomfortable to wear clothes that hug you skin, or hurt of you touch it? I dont have a fever im not in bad pain where i need pain meds. I feel like mu lipoma is still there or can this be swelling? Can it be that its comong back alreadu? This is my way of getting a second opinion.
