How long would it take for the swelling to totally disappear from forehead lipoma removal?

I had lipoma removed from my forehead head about two weeks ago.. .the stitches were removed last week.

Lipomas are benign fatty tumors that occur under the skin and less commonly within the muscle. They are associated with mild discomfort and a lump underneath the skin. It is always best to talk to an expert plastic surgeon to determine whether the lipoma is possibly a cyst or a tumor or hernia....

Thank you for sharing your question.  Unfortunately topical treatments like aloe vera gel, heat, and damp cloths will not improve or cure lipomas.  Only surgical intervention to remove the affected fat can produce a permanent improvement.  Hope this helps.

Thank you for sharing your question and photographs.  Most likely the depression seen in your photographs is the result of surrounding tissue swelling and dramatic improvement should be seen as your results mature further. I know waiting is difficult but allow yourself more time to heal.  ...
