Hi thank you for your question. unfortunatly there is no procedure that will extend your penis length 5 inches , however the ligament release surgery will allow the penis to extend 2-3 inches . with both the ligament release and fat transfer that will allow girth and length and you  are looking at a significant change. There are many methods out there for enlarging the size of the penis. Unfortunately most yield horrific results. I personally steer patients away from techniques that involve large incisions and dissection such as ligament transection, v-y pasty and z pasty techniques as I have had to reconstruct patients who suffered poor results elsewhere. Pathologic scarring can lead to painful erections and make sexual intercourse impossible. The use of silicone, implants, Alloderm, Sculptra, Radiuses also assure future complications and should be avoided at all cost. I perform phalloplasty with special type of fat grafting. The truth about fat grafting stem cells and graft take is that it is 100% technique dependent and adding PRP growth factors or stem cell enrichment techniques do not make up for poor technique and do not enhance good technique. Just like anything else, doing it right takes more time and expertise. Most practitioners offering fat grafting to the penis are not plastic surgeons and do not have the training or experience to understand the technical details necessary for success. The important key points are #1 low suction pressure #2 fine small hole canulas and #3 atraumatic technique with minimal handling and processing. Each one of these points adds time and complexity to the operation and most are unwilling to respect them. Thus most practitioners use high suction forces with large canulas and centrifuge to concentrate fat. This leads to lumps of damaged fat that cannot receive blood supply and eventually necrose, calcify and cause nodules. I have been performing fat transfer phalloplasty for five years and have never had lumps or poor take. The results are lasting and safe. 
Many different types of practitioners try to capitalize on this procedure so be careful and do your research!

Thank you for your question! Dermal fillers can be used to increase the length and girth of the penis and are a great option if you are looking for a non-surgical option. 
Consistent with other nonsurgical procedures which use dermal fillers, male enhancement works by way of injection. Depending on the patient’s goals, a filler is chosen and then injected into the corpus cavernosum of the penis. The filler is then worked through the penis to achieve a uniform increase in length and girth.
I would strongly suggest scheduling a consultation with an experienced and qualified physician to determine if this is the best option for you.

For permanent increase the length of the penis, Ligamentotaxis operation is used only. This can add to the length of the penis 2.5 cm – to 3.8 cm (1 inch – 1.5 inch). Applying the penis extender after the surgery can extra add up to 2.5 cm … 3.8 cm (1 inch – 1.5 inch).
This gives, in combination with the subsequent postoperative use of the extender, an increase in length up to 2-3 inches.
For a permanent penis girth enlargement, not a filler injection should be used, but a surgical operation. In MHD clinic, in addition to the constant surgical lengthening of the penis, we use surgical thickening of the penis.
Permanent increase in girth is effective with various special silicone implants. This increases penis girth up to 3.5 inch. Although, at the request of the patient, we will make an injection of the filler too.
