Answer: Male enhancement Hi thank you for your question. unfortunatly there is no procedure that will extend your penis length 5 inches , however the ligament release surgery will allow the penis to extend 2-3 inches . with both the ligament release and fat transfer that will allow girth and length and you are looking at a significant change.
