This one is a pretty short answer unfortunately and that is "No, it’s not a good idea to do a P-shot" post inflatable penile implant. The risk of puncturing the implant is a real possibility. While I don’t do it, there are a few urologists that may inject the glans / head to improve nerve damage however it is my opinion there is little value injecting PRP post implant to improve ED.
