My penis does not get long enough to reach my wife's vagina? Is there a cosmetic procedure that can help me? (photos)

Its been two and a half years and I have not been able to comusmmate marriage with my spouse. Kindly advise what might be the problem. I am attaching photographs.

There is a long list of ways to try to improve penis length and width.  They all have their own advantages and disadvantages.
Alloderm used to be used more frequently.  If you weren't aware, Alloderm is a type of ADM (acellular dermal matrix). In other words, it is cadaveric tissue.  The results can be less than satisfying since the tissue can reabsorb or be felt.  Dermal grafts may be more predictable than Alloderm but requires a donor site on the body to harvest the tissue. 
Ligament release is somewhat controversial because it isn't clear if any real gain is achievable with erection and post op weights are often required to maximize gains in the flaccid state. Suprapubic liposuction may be preferable to ligament release in the right candidate. 
I prefer to use fat and PRP (platelet rich plasma).  The results can be less predictable than dermal grafts but the procedure is is far less invasive and the recovery time is much shorter.  Fat historically had its issues with fat nodule development.  However, with small cannulas and proper filtration this appears to be less of an issue.  I would avoid any prosthetic devices or injections of anything other than fat or PRP.

More girth can have real effects on men’s sex lives (and their partners’). The nerves in the vagina that stimulate orgasms do not solely exist in the clitoris as many think. There is actually a tremendous network of nerves that branch within the vaginal walls themselves, in addition to the clitoris. 
Girth also gets to the G-Spot. The G-Spot is located on the anterior wall of the vagina, so without the right amount of girth it would be difficult to stimulate. This is why an average-length penis of 5 to 6 inches with thicker girth will stimulate more intense and frequent orgasms than a 10-inch-long penis with a normal girth size.

Thanks for the question. Nowadays, Plastic surgery has shown serious progress; return of patients to their normal life very quickly increase the diversity in plastic surgery. Because of the results, patients are encouraged by many of procedures. Penis enlargement and penis thickening procedure are also mentioned above. A phalloplasty can be done, during which the suspensory ligament is cut. This releases the portion of the phallus that is held within the body by the ligament. Additionally, liposuction and/or a pubic lift can also significantly help results. By removing excess fat, and if needed tightening the skin, the penis is significantly more visible and accessible. If there are any functional issues (ie erectile dysfunction) then a urologist would be needed. However, we have had very satisfied patients after using this approach.

The picture on the left shows that quite a bit of the base of your penis is hidden by the skin and fat.  By removing both the skin and the fat the penis automatically become longer by at least 1-1 1/2 inches.  If the suspensory ligaments which attach the base of the penis is detached by a minor surgery possibly another 1/2 to 1 inch can be obtained.  Furthermore, special extension treatment after the surgery can result in some more lengthening.  Go to a qualified plastic surgeon who is knowledgeable with this type of surgery to see if all these can be done.  Best wishes

You should loose weight and exercise.  Liposuction of the mons pubis and possible monsplasty can help.  You may consider PENUMA FDA cleared penile cosmetic implant to increase your girth and length and pull the penis out of the space it is hidden.
