I have written a few papers about penis enlargement and evidence-based outcomes.Penis enlargement surgery can offer modest improvements in both length and girth, but there are risks and limitations that should be carefully considered.Lengthening Surgery: The most common method involves cutting the suspensory ligament that attaches the penis to the pubic bone, which can result in an increase of about 1 inch in flaccid length. However, this may not significantly affect erect length. Additionally, some men experience a "drooping" effect where the penis no longer rises in erection, but instead points downward.Girth Enhancement: This can be achieved through fat grafting (using the patient’s own fat) or the insertion of dermal fillers or collagen-based materials. These techniques can add circumference, though fat grafts may have issues with uneven absorption, and synthetic fillers can lead to complications like infection, ulceration, or extrusion. The use of Alloderm (a type of cadaveric tissue) has been controversial due to risks of tissue reabsorption or complications.Minimally Invasive Alternatives: Non-surgical treatments, like platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injections or fillers, are also options for improving penis girth and overall appearance. These methods generally have shorter recovery times and lower complication risks compared to surgery. While surgery can lead to some visible improvements, the results may not meet all expectations, and the risks of complications are significant. For those seeking a modest increase in size, non-surgical options may offer safer alternatives. Consulting with an experienced surgeon is essential to determine the best course of action.Krishna Vyas, MD, PhD, MHSHarvard, Hopkins, & Mayo Clinic Trained Aesthetic Plastic SurgeonNew York, New York
BellaFill is a semi-permanent filler that increases the girth of the penis. It lasts 5 years or more. I tell patients the only gain in length happens when the penis is flaccid. this is primarily due to gravty and the weight of the filler itself.
Both can be done with minimal surgery under local anesthesia as an outpatient in my clinic. There are many ways to do it. You have to be seen and examined to determine what is best for you. Also important is your expectation and whether it can be met.You have to be seen by a plastic surgeon or an urologist who specialize in male enhancement.Victor Liu, MD., FACS.
You deserve to be confident in your body and proud of what you offer your partner. If you are wondering how to enlarge your penis safely and reliably, you need a physician who specializes in male sexual health. Dr. Malik created the Prometheus Procedure as an answer to the men who want a low-risk, permanent, nonsurgical penis enlargement option. The Prometheus Procedure by Dr. Malik is a permanent dermal filler injection technique for penis enlargement. It’s not surgery, just a few microinjections, so there are no stitches or scars. A local anesthetic is all you need. You are fully awake with the area numbed throughout the procedure. Unlike temporary dermal fillers that dissolve over time, the Prometheus Procedure is permanent and doesn’t need to be repeated once you reach your goal size.
Thank you for the photo and your question. In my practice I generally recommend fat transfer along with platelet platelets plasma, also referred to as S.T.I.F. The combination is a very safe and effective way to improve the size of your penis, mainly the girth -- while also providing some length. It uses your own tissue which is a much safer option than implants, More information on the procedure is in the link attached.
Thank you for your question and photograph. There is a range of normal penile lengths. Although there are methods to increase the length of the penis, there a potential complications associated with the operation. However, a penis may appear smaller because a man may have a penile web or hidden penis, which is also known as buried penis. These conditions are typically the result of anatomic issues that prevent the penis from fully being seen. The outpatient surgical technique that I use to address these issues are ones that I developed and have presented my techniques and results at national and international meetings. These types of surgery can provide increased visible length without the associated complications of penile lengthening operations. I would recommend a consultation with a Cosmetic Urologist for an evaluation even if this requires traveling. Some surgeons offer virtual evaluation through encrypted services, which is an option prior to traveling to meet the surgeon for consultation. Best of luck. Jeffrey S. Palmer, MD, FACS, FAAP (Cosmetic and Reconstructive Urologist -- Cleveland, Ohio)
Please look up the Priapus shot. Your blood is drawn, I place it in a laser guided centrifuge machine where your platelet rich plasma (seven different growth factors) is concentrated and extracted. I activate the PRP and inject it into your penis. No side effects, it's your own concentrated growth factors.
