I am unaware of any exercises that will change your penis length other than stretching techniques.  However this can do more harm than good.  Your best bet is to see a urologist about stretching exercises before trying it on your own.  I prefer to use fat transfer to the penis to enlarge it.  This is a commonly performed procedure were fat is taken from one area of the body and injected into the penis to improve its girth and a little bit of its length. More info on the link.
