Will microneedling with radiofrequency help with bossae and skin irregularities after rhinoplasty?

Bossae are visible edges of nasal tip cartilages that may occur after rhinoplasty, and nasal bossae are more prone in those with this nasal skin. Depending on your examination, microdroplet Silikon-1000 nasal injections may be considered for camouflage. Microneedling would not help bossae. Hope this helps. Dr Joseph

This kind of treatment can help with thick skin on the nose. However, the bossae are likely due to cartilage excesses. The treatment is not likely to help the cartilage. A revision rhinoplasty may be needed. But, photos are the first thing we need.
