Is it safe to get all 3 procedures at the same time. TT, Lipo and BBL and what is the oldest age the procedures would be perform on. Also I read from some Doctor do the procedures in 3 hours and some in 5 to 6hrs isn't that a long time for a patient to be out. Finally can these procedures be done in twilight sedations. thank you for taking time to answer my questions as I do my research to find the safest doctor and method for me.
Answer: TT, Lipo and BBL Thank you for your question. It's difficult to give precise recommendations without pictures. Generally, I do not perform BBL and Tummy Tuck at the same time for recovery purposes. You will need to rest on your back after your tummy tuck, and then rest on your stomach after your BBL. You won't want to jeopardize the results of either procedure, so I recommend doing the procedures separately. Liposuction can be done with either depending on the areas you wish you address. You'll need to have a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon for precise recommendations.

Answer: Multiple procedures, some advices: Thank you very much for sharing your concerns with us.For safety reasons, to be a good candidate for TT+Lipo+ BBL at the same time, your labs and cardiovascular preoperative evaluation must be optimal. Therefore, you must be a healthy person, within an appropriate BMI and no history of diseases that increase the surgical / anesthetic risk degree. Finally, I recommend you a skilled certified plastic surgeon in body contouring surgery and experienced in cases like yours where the planned operating time is less than five hours.Respectfully,Dr. Emmanuel Mallol Cotes.-

Answer: Long Combination Cosmetic Operations Just because some operations CAN be done does not mean they should be done together. The reason is not only the ease of recovery but also the greater risk of complications such as vein blockage and potential fatal blood clots to the lungs (DVT and PE). According to the Caprini risk scale operations lasting over 3 hours have a significantly high risk of DVT and PE. Moreover, the more areas of the body we operate on, the more sore areas you have which make it harder to lie on With BBL most surgeons would ask that you stay off your buttocks for 2 weeks thereby further complicating your ease of recovery. So, can you have a Tummy Tuck, and BBL at the same time? Yes you can. Are they associated with a safe and easy recovery?? No. In my opinion, only the healthiest and toughest women should consider having this combination.Good LuckPeter Aldea MD

Answer: BBL and tummy tuck I prefer to perform a BBL and tummy tuck in a staged way. I like to harvest as much fat asa I can from the abdomen and I am concerned about skin survival of the tummy tuck if done at the same time.
