In my opinion about the worst thing you can do after fat transfer is to massage the area.Please check with your plastic surgeon to see what he or she recommends.One of the basic principles of tissue transfer is the need to immobilize the transfer tissue until a new blood supply has been created.This process takes two weeks.If the grafted tissue is not revascularized within 10 days it will not survive.The small blood vessel's that revascularized the grafted fat are very susceptible to damage during the first two weeks.This is why most plastic surgeons instructor patients to not even sit on the area let alone massage it or put any type of pressure on it.
