I've had silicone, under muscle implants for 4 years. Is this line of skin under my arm normal?

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what is wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

I would recommend an evaluation in person. This would include seeing how to muscle flexes. This could be lateral displacement/malposition of the implant. I would recommend seeing a board-certified (American Board of Plastic Surgery); ideally, a surgeon with also a history of proper aesthetic breast surgery training.

It is very difficult to visualize your potential “deformity” on this photo. It may be related to implant capsule. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon with good reputation in breast surgery is recommended. Good luck.

It's difficult to visualize your concern with the submitted photo. Implants do not generally cause skin folds under the arm. I encourage you to visit with your surgeon for a more detailed exam.

Thank you for your pictures. That is not a typical outcome from a breast augmentation. It appears to be a scar band across the transfer aspect of your axilla. Physical exam would be necessary to fully evaluate this. Options include subcutaneous division or possibly a Z plasty to release this. This would depend upon the flexibility of your skin to accommodate the stretch of release.

Based on the posted photo though not good, focused distance and hard to see exactly the issue in more detail. Recommend reposting without bathing suit on a different angles. Also, did you have an axillary incision for insertion of breast implants? Then can do virtual consult to give options for correction. Expect fees to range from $5000-$10,000.
