I've had silicone, under the muscle, implants for 4 years. My weight fluctuates 10-15 pounds as I am a physique competitor. This prep I noticed a "line" of skin under my arm. I'm assuming this is due to my implants. Is this normal? Fixable?

Thanks for your question! It does appear as though you do have symmastia. While its a difficult cat to get back in the bag, it's not impossible. I would suggest an in-person consultation for the best recommendations. Good luck!
From the photo you may have some improvement in shape with a lift and/or small reduction. This would also allow for less pull on the medial tissues. The symmastia may be improved with liposuction and compression. See a board certified plastic surgeon near you to learn more.
