Ab muscle pain 7 months after tummy tuck with muscle repair. When will the pain stop? Will I hurt forever?

35 year old male patient. I had an extended tummy tuck with muscle repair and lipo 360 just over 7 months ago. My abs hurt every day from the muscle repair. The only relief I have found is to hunch over to keep tension off my abs. I can’t live like this forever. I want to feel normal again with no pain. I regret doing the muscle repair. Love having the loose skin gone, but this pain is not worth it. Is there anything I can do to alleviate the pain? Can I get the sutures cut loose?

I’m so sorry for your difficulty. The biggest thing would be to discuss with your cosmetic/plastic surgeon and see if permanent sutures were used during the repair. If they were then i would say yes going back and removing the sutures could possibly help.  Keep in mind though asking for that will be abnormal and require a good discussion with the operating surgeon and possibly require a second opinion consult.
