I am female, 54, 5 foot 6 and 130lb. I had 360fdl, mons lift, muscle repair and breast uplift and implants in April 2023. My implants have not settled an area really sore and the scars under the breasts are too tight and keloid. The fdl scar is partlykeloid and tight and sore. These t revised but my biggest issue is that my muscle repair is still unbearable tight and breathing, moving, standing and even turning in bed if hard. The skin pulled ver my hips so tight it hurts. Can it be loosened

How long ago was your surgery? Did they do liposuction during the repair? From the posted photos it appears that you may have a modest amount of swelling still. My guess is that your muscles are repaired adequately but if no liposuction was done you would likely significantly benefit from good...
Yes that seems like a reasonable amount. The scar tissue will relax over time and a portion of separation will return. Normal separation between the rectus muscles is generally 1-2cm. Additionally your abdomen looks flat and appropriate. No issues from my perspective
