I am female, 54, 5 foot 6 and 130lb. I had 360fdl, mons lift, muscle repair and breast uplift and implants in April 2023. My implants have not settled an area really sore and the scars under the breasts are too tight and keloid. The fdl scar is partlykeloid and tight and sore. These t revised but my biggest issue is that my muscle repair is still unbearable tight and breathing, moving, standing and even turning in bed if hard. The skin pulled ver my hips so tight it hurts. Can it be loosened

Hi, sorry to hear that you are experiencing problems following your previous surgery. The muscle and skin repair should stretch a little and become more comfortable over time. Scars take 12-18 months to fully mature, and I would recommend a regular regime of massage and moisturisation to facilitate this process. There is also some evidence that silicone strips or gels may help. Loosening your skin closure or muscle repair will be challenging surgically, especially after this period of time, and the benefits that you will gain are unpredictable and unlikely to be worth an additional surgical procedure. I would recommend visiting your original surgeon as they will know exactly what was done.
