Diastasis recti, hernia repair and breast implant exchange - which should be done first to minimize recovery and how far apart?

All of this can be repaired at the same time without any mesh as well as having the breast surgery done. It will not be covered with insurance, however. As long as the hernia is truly umbilical, this is easily fixed at the same time as repairing the diastasis recti. Professionally speaking, I have not seen great results consistently repairing the diastasis with a laparoscopic technique even if the robot is used. It is best addressed with a traditional abdominoplasty

Hi, even though it doesnt really matter, I would recommend you to start with the diastasis recti, as for the recovery you will need to wear a compression garment for few weeks that may be very uncomfortable if your breast surgery wound is recent.
Do not perform the surgery at the same time, as it would be too long.
Regarding timing, I recommend you to separate minimum 1 month between both surgeries
