I have wrinkled upper eyelids after blepharoplasty kids didn't have them before) What can I do?
Answer: Wrinkled lids Simplest thing to do is remove more skin. You are young and should have adequate volume. It is clear that you have a reservoir of skin that would permit safe revision surgery that would not impact your lid closure in a negative way. I wouldn't inject filler in your lids for this condition. I wouldn't wait. It is not going to get better, and I doubt it has changed in the last 6 months. Best of luck JDW

Answer: Upper eyelid filler injection after upper blepharoplasty The main reason for the wrinkles in upper eyelids is fat loss from the upper eyelids, giving deflated balloon effect, which can be improved with upper eyelid, brow filler injection. See following video and website link. Upper blepharoplasty address skin quantity issue, not skin quality issue or volume issues. Skype consult available.

Answer: Secondary Blepharoplasty Thanks for your question and posting photos. Generally, revisions on procedures are avoided for roughly 12 months. This is to allow time for all tissues to settle and the scars to mature. Given that you are near that point, you may wish to discuss your results with your surgeon. It does appear as if you still have redundant skin on your upper lids. Your surgeon may have performed a conservative resection of skin during your surgery for various reasons- consider asking him or her if this is the case. You likely can get a revision procedure to remove the remaining excess skin and smooth out some of the wrinkles. This may be able to be performed in the office under local anesthesia. Best wishes, Rohit Jaiswal, MD Plastic Surgeon

Answer: It is impossible to know what is going on with the photographs you have provided. In you pictures, you are looking down and not straight ahead. Generally the fix is revisional eyelid surgery by an aesthetic eyelid specialist. I encourage you to repost with better photographs.
