Flat spot under breast. Is this normal? (Photo)

Question

I am 6 months out from having my breast augmentation and lift done. Recently I noticed a "drop" and flat spot under/on my right breast. It also doesn't sit up as high as my left breast. Is this normal?

Following breast lift with implants it is normal for the vertical incision under the breast to look flat. However alomst always the bottom of the breast rounds out. My guess is that the larger higher left side will drop further. See your surgeon.
