I am not really considering a upper lip lift because I already don’t have much space between my lip and nose. My top lip covers the entire top of my teeth and I want to show my top row of teen by just opening my mouth in like a pout.

In general, in order to improve tooth show, you need to lift the lip with a lip lift.
