What can I do to show more teeth?

I am not really considering a upper lip lift because I already don’t have much space between my lip and nose. My top lip covers the entire top of my teeth and I want to show my top row of teen by just opening my mouth in like a pout.

I would not recommend destroying your Cupid's Bow as this is a natural structure and cannot be replaced.

I have not seen any documented cases of keloids on the upper lip. The central face is actually a rare place to see keloids in general. That being said, unfavorable scarring is always a risk of a lip lift. Hope that helps. Gary Linkov, MD Lip Specialist Manhattan

It would have been beneficial to see a before picture to explain what has happened to your lip lift procedure. You seem to have a very small mouth and possibly small and narrow upper lip vermilion. You will need more skin removed from under your alar bases and the nostrils and non from under ...

A small amount of filler into the corners is safe and should address your concerns. I would advise against a corner lift surgery and against an upper lip lift for your concern.
