Hello! I am 39 and recently had a facelift and necklift. Incision went into temple. I was under the impression that it would solve this issue? Or do I need something done to my corner lips? My lip corners face slightly down at certain angles and there is a line extending out from the corners. Would a lip lift make this worse? What are my options? Thank you!! (I've taken the front facing photos from different angles.)
