Crease at corner of mouth when viewed from the side, and extended line from corners of lips. What can I do? (Photo)

I need to see a picture of you with your mouth slightly open to give you a better answer. The corners of the mouth can be improved with fillers and Botox in the muscle that pulls the corners down. A corner lift can also be done surgically. Your upper lip is big enough but, you could benefit from a lip lift if your upper lip covers your upper teeth when your mouth is slightly open. 

A small amount of filler into the corners is safe and should address your concerns. I would advise against a corner lift surgery and against an upper lip lift for your concern. 

lips do not improve with facelifts or neck lifts. you either need to use fillers and threads to help improve the corners. or you can get a lip corner lift surgically. I suggest seeing an expert.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Thank you for your photos. That are non-surgical ways to help lift the corner of your mouth so that you have a more bright and less angry appearance. A small amount of botox in the correct muscle will help release the corners slightly. Contrary to popular perception no form of a facelift can change the corners of the mouth on any sustained basis. They are simply too far way from the point of tissue pull ti be lifted up. This central facial structure must be treated directly with a corner of mouth procedure.
