a cupids bow is a sign of beauty DO NOT get rid of this or alter it , as it will make you look older and any surgery to that area can leave noticeable scars. fillers can camouflage.  Best, Dr. Emer.

I would not recommend destroying your Cupid's Bow as this is a natural structure and cannot be replaced. 

Placing a lip implant under local can flatten the cupid's bow without a scar and is easily reversable.

I recommend that you evaluate your lips to assess your lips well. On the other hand it may not disappear in its entirety but we can give it to filler aspect and disguise a little, but it is something that in the long run you will probably need the same treatment again.

That can be done. The horizontal stiff skin between the two peaks can be excised and the vermilion raised to eliminate the dip between them. Just like making a more pronounced Cupid's bow by vermilion excision between the peaks the reverse can be done to reduce/eliminate it through skin excision.

Flattening of the cupid's bow is a sign aging and as such is considered part of the loss of the aesthetically positive features of youth.
