Is it possible to shorten the vertical length of the nose and then do a lip lift to reduce the space between the eyes and mouth?

Basically in theory this would shorten the space between the eyes and mouth by a little bit. Is this possible? Thank you!

Long noses can be shortened; this has the added benefit of elongating the upper lip. A lip lift will increase the volume of red lip and decrease the distance between it and the nose, but the scars beneath the nose are visible and distort the gentle roll between the lip and columella.

It is possible to reduce the vertical height of the nose using a variety of tip-plasty techniques. Sometimes shortening the septum will also give that effect. The optimal procedure depends on your specific anatomy and overall goals. In terms of the lip lift, I am not sure what you are referring to, but there may be a solution there as well.
