Is it possible to make my alar nostrils nose smaller without looking unnatural? (Photo)

Excessive alar narrowing can flatten the natural curve to the ala and make him look unnatural.A properly executed procedure however should give you some appreciated modest improvement.

I think you would probably do well with conservative rhinoplasty to help give better transition between the nostrils and the tip.  The shadow you have between the tip and nostrils causes the nostrils to appear more prominent than they are.  I would suggest contouring the nostril rim to help with this along with some tip refinement.  To answer your question, nostril reduction can be done without looking unnatural.  Look not only for a board certified facial plastic surgeon or general plastic surgeon, but a surgeon who specializes in rhinoplasty.  Good luck!

Alar base reduction with a natural look will give you what you want. If you see a very experienced surgeon you should have no problem.

BlueWhite123: I agree that your nostrils are a bit asymmetric and have excess "flare" meaning they curve outward quite a bit creating a wide nasal base and rounder nostrils.  You would be a good candidate for alar base reduction with a little more taken on the right side.  However, based on your other views (profile, front) your nose could look even more balanced and more attractive with some changes to the tip and dorsum as well.  Best of luck. 

An alar plasty procedure involves a small wedge excision of skin at the base of the nostrils to narrow the width of them. The procedure can be performed under local anesthesia as an outpatient procedure.
