I had a rhinoplasty 10 months ago, the nostrils appear to be asymmetrical and didn't change much, is there residual swelling or a botched surgery?

Thank you for your question. While the technical answer is yes, I would strongly advise against doing so. PMMA is a permanent implant that works well the majority of the time, but it can result in granulomas long term. This may be especially difficult to remove if there is formation on the nose....
