I had a rhinoplasty 10 months ago, the nostrils appear to be asymmetrical and didn't change much, is there residual swelling or a botched surgery?

It looks like the septal cartilage  is distorting your nostrils by dragging it down. This is an easy fix. Also your nostrils could be reduced.

The healing process takes approximately 1 year. But sometimes it goes 2 years if you have thick skin rhinoplasty
