How do I shorten my long face? (Photo)

Question

I was wondering what surgical procedures I could get to make my face more smaller, rounder, symmetrical and more attractive. I noticed that I have a longer face than most people. I've noticed I have a negative canthal tilt. I'm wondering what I can do get that fixed? My nose is not even, and I noticed that the middle is longer, is there any way I could shorten it? How could I look more like the photo on the right?

It would be very difficult to draw reliable consclusion about your face proportions, nose and eyes, based on this single photo; a series of good photos of nose and eyes would help. It doesn't look that your face is disproportionally long that would benefit of surgery; your eyes may have negative  tilt as well as ptosis, but it can be properly evaluated only on the basis of in person consultation. Same is for the nose. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon, expert in facial rejuvenation surgery, is recommended. Hope this helps.

You should be evaluated by a dentist to see how your teeth fit. There is something called long face syndrome. It often requires jaw surgery depending on the situation
