I was wondering what surgical procedures I could get to make my face more smaller, rounder, symmetrical and more attractive. I noticed that I have a longer face than most people. I've noticed I have a negative canthal tilt. I'm wondering what I can do get that fixed? My nose is not even, and I noticed that the middle is longer, is there any way I could shorten it? How could I look more like the photo on the right?
