Crooked or swelling? 6 months after septorhinoplasty (Photo)

Hello! Thank you for your question.From the photos you provided your nose looks great overall. From front we cannot see a deviation but from the photo taken above, it looks like the is a slight deviation. It can still be due to swelling of course. I recommend you to wait 1 year post-op and then go to your surgeon for a check-up.

Hello @Blondegirl787, thank you for your question. It's very likely that your nose will get thinner. Following a rhinoplasty there will likely be some post-operative swelling, is a normal part of the healing process, and it can take up to a year or even longer for all the swelling to completely resolve. Your surgeon is in the best position to provide personalized advice since they are familiar with your specific case. Be patient and allow the healing process to continue. Best wishes! Based on your before and after photos, you have a much straighter, narrower, and less distracting nasal appearance. If there is a persistent small indentation along the left side wall of your nose, microdroplet Silikon-1000 injections maybe considered for filling this. I hope this is helpful. Sincerely, Dr Joseph
