In the end whether you go to a large clinic or an individual private practice individual plastic surgeon there is only one surgeon doing your procedure and the outcome and how the procedures performed is up to that one single individual.

The type of anesthesia has no impact on the amount of fat grafted.

Some doctors engage in discussing actual cc grafted though using strictly numbers alone can be misleading because there are a fair number of variables that need to be differentiated to compare apples to apples etc. simply stating that one doctor graphs 400 mL while another graphs 600 mL does not mean that the doctor have graphs more will have MR impressive result or even a bigger results.

The procedure is a bit complex and you should go by individual providers long-term results as a guide for who does your procedure.
