I was born with a deformed butt - would a BBL or any additional procedures help? (photos)

From what I see in the picture I recommend taking an MRI of the buttocks to determine the anatomical changes more precisely and then performing two procedures, the first for shape and contour reconstruction of the area, and the second for buttock volumization after six months. Hi, thank you for sharing your question. This is a challenging problem to treat and you may require more than one procedure but a BBL is a good option to begin with. I hope this helps.

Best to only do in person consultations with very experienced private practice boarded Plastic Surgeons. You will need more than just fat transfer. Release of constricted areas with multiple surgeries for fat transfer are needed. See private message I sent to you

Surgery could most likely improve your bottom but it will not be a BBL.

I suggest having consultations with board-certified plastic surgeons who do more reconstructive surgery. You may want to consider going to an academic medical center for your evaluation.

The best correction will probably come from excising the contractile tissue pulling in on the skin rather than just adding volume.
