My nose was broken when I was a 8 years old but I ignored that my nose is is slightly bent to the left side. I am 20 now and I feel like it doesn't look good. Can anyone tell me what should I do and what it would cost me to do that? Thank you!
Answer: Striigthening the crooked nose Thanks for your submitting your question. In most cases of a twisted nose I use and exteranal approach or "open " Rhinoplasty. You will likely need the nose bones re fractured and have some straight cartilage "spreader grafts" placed between your mid nose cartilages to keep them straight. Cost depends on the particular surgeon and the type of anaesthetic you choose. Roughly between $7500- $9500. Good luck

Answer: Cost of a rhinoplasty to fix a broken nose The cost of a rhinoplasty is directly related to the amount of time it takes to perform the procedure in an operating room, time under anesthesia by an anesthesiologist, and the surgeon's professional fee for performing the rhinoplasty. Rhinoplasty is also one of the hardest operations to perform correctly in the entire field of cosmetic surgery, so choose your rhinoplasty surgeon based on extensive experience. Straightening the nose requires osteotomies placed in the nasal bones, and many times a spreader graft is also required to be placed underneath the upper lateral cartilage on the concave crooked side. For many examples, more information and our current Rhinoplasty price list, please see the video and link below

Answer: What is the cost to fix a broken nose? Hi, I have performed many Rhinoplasty Surgeries over the past 30 years. Costs for Rhinoplasty can vary greatly depending on what needs to be done to the nose during the procedure. Open or closed technique, do the nasal bones need to be broken, will grafts be used, is it a revision or not, is extensive cartilage refinement required and so on. Most experienced Rhinoplasty Surgeons would ask to see non smiling photos of your nose from the front, side and base view (looking up the nostrils) so they can determine what your nose would require during Rhinoplasty...and then quote you a specific fee. You can always e-mail these photos for added privacy. In general terms, Closed Rhinoplasty can straighten and refine the nose with costs of $7,500 and up. Hope this helps.
