Should I get fillers in temples? (photos)

Question

I have quite a small face and a small head size (54 cm). I have always had a wider lower face compared to upper face. I have had some Botox in massetor jaw muscles about 3 months ago which has slimmed down my lower jaw. I also have some Botox between my eyebrows right now. Should I get fillers in my temples to try and widen the top of my face and balance it out? Any other suggestions to improve aesthetics? I am booked for teeth whitening and also laser to get rid of skin redness. Thank you!

I agree you will need fillers in the temple area for a more oval shape. You will also certainly need cheeks fillers to add a subtle youthful volume to the face and above the brow area to provide a more feminine arch.

Volume and contouring of the face and temples can be created with well-placed fillers (Voluma, Radiesse, Bellafill) and Sculptra. Implants or fat are alternatives. You have an athletic thin face with a prominent jaw. I would recommend adding fillers to the temple, cheek and under eye area for better balance and improved volume.

Yes, filler in the temples would go a long way to improve overall facial shape and proportions.  You need fillers in a number of areas, most notably the mid-face cheek area and the under eye area as well.  You would be an excellent candidate for Sculptra or Bellafill, or for longer lasting results, fat transfer, if you have any body fat that could be transferred.

I would consider adding volume to the midface/cheeks and temples using a biostimulatory filler like Sculptra Aesthetic. I would also maintain regular masseter Botox or Dysport treatment. This should help improve facial proportions.

Hello! from what I can see from the pictures you would benefit from adding fillers to the temple area! As well as even the cheek and under eye. These areas also lose volume as we age! Make a consult with an experienced provider to determine where and what type of filler you need. Best of luck!!!

Hi ! I would consider Sculptra. It is a global approach to facial aging, instead of just one or two areas that can be fixed with fillers. It will encourage your own body to make collagen in certain areas (temples, cheekbones, naso labial folds) to keep everything "high and tight" and can add more volume to your upper and mid face.
