I’ve read online that a rhinoplasty in combination with a septoplasty would need to be done in order to achieve a straight nose and if you do a septoplasty a lone it would only correct your breathing. How can a septoplasty be done properly without the need for a rhinoplasty when the the nose is visually crooked? If the septum needs to be centered but everything else is crooked how can there be good airflow ?
