Hi there - I had a septorhinoplasty many years ago (2013). I believe the doc removed some of the septum. I recently sustained a direct hit on the nose and as a result now have a deviated septum which is obstructing breathing in the right nostril. ENT doc here recommended a septoplasty. However, given this may be complex due to previous surgery, am I best to go to a plastic surgeon - or would an ENT surgeon typically be skilled enough to handle this? Regards,
