I got rhinoplasty septoplasty years ago. I had a sever deviated septum, now years later I notice that my nasal tip is still crooked.

There is also a relative lack of volume in your left tip compared to your right tip. This is causing a c-shaped nasal appearance. I would recommend a revision rhinoplasty with possible rib harvesting. A rhinoplasty in my opinion is one of the most difficult procedures to perform. The skill, artistry, and technique of the surgeon will determine your outcome. In my practice, I utilize piezosurgery. Piezosurgery is a more gentle technique that allows for greater precision. Less bruising and swelling is common with Piezosurgery. In a typical rhinoplasty, a hammer and chisel technique is performed leading to more inadvertent fractures. I hope this was helpful!

Answer: Rhinoplasty Straightening a crooked nose is not always possible and the septoplasty doesn’t guarantee a straight nose. I would not have further surgery as getting it straight would be hit or miss no matter who does it
