An SRLP implant will be wider but will sit "lower" as it is a less projecting implant. It is difficult to give you much advice here as your case would really benefit from an experienced surgeon assessing what was done during an exam and giving you realistic expectations. There are so many options when it comes to choosing an implant that a detailed discussion and exam needs to happen to determine what is best for the patient.
Your anatomy is somewhat difficult judging by the preop photos to obtain a lot of cleavage, however, there are things that can be done to maximize what your anatomy provides and that is best determined in the hands of an experienced breast surgeon that deals with revision surgery.

Naturally, your breasts sit widely apart and the bases of your breasts cannot be moved. A lower profile does use a wider implant which can push out your edges some. You still will be wide. You might get improvement with fat transfers in the inner and upper areas of your breasts to soften the edge and give more fill.
