Whose fault is it? Well, it depends on what happened during the planning phase of the operation. If your surgeon spoke to you about common complications of breast augmentation, the differences between saline and silicone gel implants, and the importance of respecting anatomical limits, and you picked saline implants that are as large or larger than the dimensions of your breast, then you share some of the blame. If instead you went into this blindly and he made all these decisions on his or her own without risk/benefit discussions then you're off the hook. If that's the case, shame on your doctor for having you sign off on this and all other complications without actually talking about those risks. Regardless, despite the rippling, nothing appears to be outside the realm of 'standard of care', so your surgeon can't actually be 'blamed'. If you don't like your results, start thinking about a revision that entails fixing the pockets, and replacing these implants with smaller, highly cohesive silicone gel implants.

Dear Hopefull72, I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper...
I feel as long as your revision breast augmentation with larger implants does not require much capsule work, then you will be safe after 2 weeks to have the labia procedure performed. Best wishes, Dr. Taranow
