Revision and Lift Performed - I am not happy with results and would like to correct (Photo)

Hello, I had a breast implant replacement done 8 months ago to replace a ruptured implant. I did have some Capsular Contraction as well. I received a lift and under the muscle implants. Kept 330cc implants size but did replace with under the muscle placement. I am super unhappy with the results. They feel like they are under my armpit and make me look boxy. I loved how my breasts looked after the initial surgery and even before this surgery even though they did have a sag. Help!

I feel as long as your revision breast augmentation with larger implants does not require much capsule work, then you will be safe after 2 weeks to have the labia procedure performed. Best wishes, Dr. Taranow

You may need more support for the weight of your implants with an internal bra of mesh. Laser treatments can be done for the broken blood vessels.

You have a very nice result, however I understand your concern that you want to look more natural. Would you consider a smaller implant? The reason the implant appears high to you is that you have tight skin - a smaller less projected implant can help with this.
