Hey! I had a rhinoplasty 8 months ago and my nostrils are blocking due to bumps attached to my nostril rim. My nostrils feels very hard and not flexible at all due to this bumps.I have also white spots above the this bumps which I’m concerning about and can see that on the pics. The rhinoplasty plasty was included - alar base reduction, shield graft, nostril rim graft on the bump side and pollybeak. The nostrils also very small which very difficult to blowing the nose. How that can be fixed?
