Hi. I had open tip rhinoplasty in June 2021 to correct a bulbous bifid tip. In December 2021 a bump appeared on one side of the tip followed by what feels like a dent. Is this likely to be cartilage? How would I fix this? What would a revision consist of? The area of my nose where the bump is tingles constantly and has done for months.
