Hey I’m looking to get fat grafting to my breast but the surgeon doesn’t do noticeable stomach Lipo. Could I get that done and then go somewhere else to complete the stomach lipo. And how long should I wait

You should seek a board certified plastic surgeon who has experience and feels comfortable doing the abdominal contouring/sculpting with liposuction to obtain fat to transfer to the breasts. It is most likely that you will need more than one fat transfer session to achieve your desired results. Going back to collect more fat from an already liposuctioned area is more difficult due to the internal scarring related to the first procedure. This also can lead to less viable fat collection.
