Hey I’m looking to get fat grafting to my breast but the surgeon doesn’t do noticeable stomach Lipo. Could I get that done and then go somewhere else to complete the stomach lipo. And how long should I wait

Thank you for your question. Your plan is not the best approach. You should seek a board certified plastic surgeon who has experience and feels comfortable doing the abdominal contouring/sculpting with liposuction to obtain fat to transfer to the breasts. It is most likely that you will need more than one fat transfer session to achieve your desired results. Going back to collect more fat from an already liposuctioned area is more difficult due to the internal scarring related to the first procedure. This also can lead to less viable fat collection.  All these procedures are technique dependent and your results depend on the experience and technical ability of your chosen surgeon. Good luck.

It makes a whole lot more sense to find a provider who is competent at both Liposuction and fed transfer.
You should have a solid workable plan, but both surgeons agree with if you’re going to have two procedures. Where is your fat going to be harvested from before your fat transfer? Secondary liposuction procedures should generally be done six months after the first procedure if the same area has been treated.
Delivering consistent quality, liposuction and fat transfer results is more difficult than most people realize. The number of plastic surgeons who mastered both of these procedures is in a small minority.
Because there’s so much variation in skill and experience when it comes to both Liposuction and fat transfer, patient should be highly selective when choosing providers.
To do that, I recommend having multiple in person consultations before scheduling surgery. There’s no correct number of consultations needed to find the right provider. The more consultations you have the more likely you are to find the right provider.
Considering how much variation there is this in both Skillin experience when it comes to these procedures, I suggest patient start the process by having at least five in person, consultations and consider scheduling more unless they feel very confident they found the right provider.
