I want to get Lipo 360 for an upcoming Tummy Tuck Revision. I'm interested in Vaser Liposuction. Can I combine the Vaser liposuction with BodyTite? I'm getting the revision because I have significant fat and skin leftover from the first procedure (which was 4 years ago). The skin is loose and will likely not contract back on its own.
Answer: Combine Vaser Liposuction with BodyTite for a Lipo 360 procedure Hi JJ103351, It is possible to combine Vaser Liposuction with BodyTite for a Lipo 360 procedure. Vaser Liposuction is a form of ultrasound-assisted liposuction that uses sound waves to emulsify fat cells, making them easier to remove from the body. BodyTite, on the other hand, is a form of radiofrequency-assisted liposuction that uses heat to melt and remove fat cells while also tightening the skin. When used together, these two procedures can effectively remove excess fat and tighten loose skin in the targeted areas. However, it is important to consult with qualified plastic surgeon who has experience with both Vaser Liposuction and BodyTite to determine if this approach is appropriate for your individual needs and goals. In our office, we provide procedures that combine Vaser Liposuction with BodyTite for a Lipo 360 procedure. It is also important to keep in mind that any surgical procedure carries risks, and a Tummy Tuck Revision with Lipo 360 can involve a significant recovery period. Your surgeon should be able to discuss the potential risks and benefits of the procedure, as well as the expected recovery time and any other considerations specific to your case. Sincerely, Dr. Tseng

Answer: Combining Vaser Liposuction with BodyTite for Tummy Tuck Revision Hello JJ103351, Thank you for your question regarding the combination of Vaser Liposuction with BodyTite during your upcoming tummy tuck revision. It's great to hear that you are exploring effective options to enhance your results. Yes, it is indeed possible to combine Vaser Liposuction with BodyTite in a tummy tuck revision procedure. Vaser Liposuction is an excellent choice for efficiently removing significant fat deposits. It uses ultrasound technology to break down fat cells, making them easier to remove and often leading to smoother results. On the other hand, BodyTite is a radiofrequency-assisted lipolysis (RFAL) procedure that can provide skin tightening benefits, which seems particularly relevant in your case where you've mentioned having loose skin. The combination of Vaser Liposuction with BodyTite can address both fat removal and skin laxity effectively, potentially offering a comprehensive improvement in your abdominal contour. Each patient's situation is unique, and the final decision should be based on a thorough physical examination and discussion of your goals and expectations. It's important to have a detailed consultation to ensure that the combined approach is the best fit for your specific needs and that it aligns with the outcomes you're hoping to achieve from the revision surgery. Please feel free to discuss all your options and any concerns you may have during your consultation. Your satisfaction and safety are paramount, and we aim to provide the most effective and appropriate treatment plan for your revision surgery. Sincerely, Dr. Katzen

Answer: Vaser Liposuction and BodyTite Combining Vaser Liposuction and BodyTite with a tummy tuck revision can be a viable option in certain cases, but the decision should be made in consultation with your plastic surgeon. These procedures serve different purposes, and the suitability of combining them depends on factors such as your individual anatomy, the goals of the surgery, and your surgeon's expertise. Here are some considerations: Tummy Tuck Revision: The tummy tuck revision focuses on addressing issues such as excess skin, muscle laxity, and contour irregularities in the abdominal area. This procedure is designed to improve the aesthetic outcome of a previous tummy tuck or address new concerns. Vaser Liposuction: Vaser Liposuction is a minimally invasive liposuction technique that uses ultrasound technology to target and emulsify fat deposits. It is often used for body contouring and can be combined with other procedures to enhance results. BodyTite: BodyTite is a radiofrequency-assisted liposuction (RFAL) technology that provides skin tightening in addition to fat removal. It can be used to address skin laxity and contour irregularities. Individual Assessment: Your surgeon will assess your specific case, considering factors such as the extent of the revision needed, the quality of your skin, and your aesthetic goals. Combining Vaser Liposuction and BodyTite may be recommended to achieve optimal results. Safety and Recovery: Combining procedures can impact the overall safety and recovery process. Your surgeon will provide information about what to expect during the recovery period and any limitations on physical activity. Clear Communication: Open and clear communication with your surgeon is crucial. Discuss your goals, concerns, and expectations during preoperative consultations to ensure that you both have a shared understanding of the desired outcomes. It's important to choose a board-certified plastic surgeon with experience in both tummy tuck revisions and the use of advanced liposuction technologies. They can provide personalized recommendations based on a thorough assessment of your individual case. Always follow your surgeon's preoperative and postoperative instructions to optimize the safety and success of the combined procedures.

Answer: Vaser can be used with Bodytite You can certainly combine Vaser liposuction with Bodytite skin tightening. They work differently, and Vaser isn't really used to tighten skin. Both devices work pretty well for what they are, and we combine them in the same surgery fairly often.

Answer: Combined procedure with Vaser liposuction and Renuvion or Bodytite for body contouring and skin tightening. Hi, thanks for your question. Unfortunately without photos, it is difficult to provide a specific answer to your concerns or determine if you are a suitable candidate. In my opinion , if the patient is not candidate for abdominoplasty, then the best available option is Vaser liposuction ( if required) in combination with Renuvion/J plasma or Bodytite ( for skin tightening). This combined approach can increase the likelihood of skin tightening. In my experience, Renuvion only requires one session and is typically performed under general anesthesia or sedation in a hospital setting. Bodytite requires one session in combination with Morpheus 8 (three sessions four weeks apart). Before undergoing any surgical procedure, it's essential to have a preoperative assessment to determine if you are a suitable candidate. it is also important to have realistic expectations and understand the limitations of the procedures. I strongly recommend scheduling a consultation with an expert body contouring surgeon for a medical and surgical assessment to determine the best suitable treatment for you. All the best, Dr Giuseppe Fiore
