I am 38 years old, female without pregnancies. I don't like my stomach. will liposuction with vaser resolve my issue to have a flat stomach without laxity? or will I need mini tummy tuck or tummy tuck? (The last 2 pictures is while sitting) Thank you in advance

Hi, thank you for your question and photos. 
In my clinical practice and in similar cases, I always recommend two surgical options. The first option is abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) and Vaser liposuction on your flanks and lower back. This option is for patients who want to achieve a flatter and more toned abdomen. A tummy tuck involves removing excess skin and tightening the underlying muscles to provide a more contoured and firm abdominal appearance. However this procedure involves an extensive scar on the lower abdomen. The second option is a less invasive approach: Vaser liposuction combined with Renuvion/J plasma or Bodytite on the upper and lower abdomen, flanks, and back area. The second option is ideal for patients who want to achieve body contouring and improve the waistline with less extensive scars; however, this procedure does not remove excess skin. The combination of Renuvion with Vaser liposuction can increase the likelihood of skin tightening, and my preferred method involves circumferential body Vaser liposuction (360-degree approach) and Renuvion/J plasma, which is an excellent option for women or men who want to improve their body contour and silhouette with fewer scars and avoid a tummy tuck. Renuvion only requires one session and is typically performed under general anesthesia or sedation in a hospital setting. Bodytite requires one session in combination with Morpheus 8 (three sessions four weeks apart). Before undergoing Vaser liposuction, it's essential to have a preoperative assessment to determine if you are a suitable candidate. Factors such as a BMI less than 30-32, overall health, and medications you are taking will be evaluated. It's important to note that liposuction is not a weight loss procedure and should not be used as a substitute for a healthy diet and regular exercise. Additionally, while Vaser Liposuction can effectively remove unwanted fat, it may not address loose skin or stretch marks. Therefore, it's important to have realistic expectations and understand the limitations of the procedure. 
I would suggest to make an appointment with a surgeon expert in body contouring and skin tightening who can assess your specific situation and recommend the best course of treatment for you. Since you are 38 years old without pregnancies, minimal excess skin, without stretch marks, and you mention no history of significant or massive weight loss, I think your abdominal skin will respond positively to VASER liposuction. VASER liposuction uses ultrasonic energy to melt the fat and heat the skin simultaneously. Most plastic surgeons agree that VASER is the best technology for abdominal wall liposuction. Therefore, I highly suggest VASER liposuction for your abdomen. Based on your history of pregnancy and your pictures which do not show any stretch marks, I think you will respond very well to VASER liposuction. Patients with firm, elastic skin and good muscular tone who are within 30% of their optimum weight are good candidates for liposuction. You meet all of those qualifications for a liposuction procedure. Liposuction can assist you in accomplishing your goals.

Based on your pictures, I don't think you need tummy tuck (usually it case for those who has excessive skin remained after some events like pregnancy/ loosing too much weight and etc.) 38 is still not 48, so more or less your skin has enough strength for recovery. Thank you for your question. There are no serious stretch marks on your abdomen. There is no sagging abdominal skin. Your abdominal muscles are in good condition. Mini Tummy Tuck is not required. If you have loose skin on your abdomen, you can get very good results with Bodytite or Renuvion Helium Plasma and Vaserlipo. If there is no skin laxity and your skin is tight, you can get good results with Vaserlipo only.

You appear to be an ideal candidate for Vaser ultrasound liposuction of the abdomen.

In my experience, this will remove stubborn fat and tighten skin.

(There are limitations, belly will still bulge from inside when bending etc. However, you do not appear to have enough loose skin or muscle to warrant a tummy tuck with its large scar, especially without any pregnancy).

An exam and consultation with a plastic surgeon who performs these procedures is recommended to confirm you are a candidate as well as discuss your options and expectations.
