Question

I had a breast lift done approximately 6 months ago. These photos are at 4 months post-op but not much has changed. I love how the lift and incisions look but I am wondering if the implant is too small for my body. I did want subtle and love the slightly natural look but my anatomy has a longer chest plate so they seem so low still. I know with the breast fold I cannot raise it more but would a different implant help? I have Motiva mini ergo 245cc. Thinking about switching to rounds and in the mid 300s or would that look to augmented or fake? Thank you! I love the profile just not how low they look from the front.

Rather than picking a volume you think might be right (far harder to do than you would imagine), what you should focus on is the width and projection of the proposed device; this gets to the most important aspects of what you really need. It's true, the Round will give you more convexity in the upper pole than an Ergonomix, but you really need more height (width) and projection. Your current implant is 11.5 cm wide and 2.8 cm projecting. I'd say you need a 12.5 cm wide device in a Demi profile. That's 380 cc. Although an extra 135 cc sounds too much, it actually isn't for your goals. Finally, it you have more than 1.5 cc of tissue thickness in the upper pole of your breasts, you may want to consider closing down the current subpectoral pockets and creating new subfascial pockets. That alone will give you much more upper pole projection. Please keep in mind that everything I say is based on your description and photo, and a thorough discussion and examination would be necessary to plan a future surgery.

I recommend explantation and lift using the Bellesoma. The implants are removed, your breast tissue is reshaped creating upper pole fullness, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained if not injured during your previous surgery. Later, fat transfers or small implants can be placed if additional volume is desired.

Based  on nicely posted photos which demonstrate great result I would offer 325-359 HP implants 
Expect fees to range from $5,000-$7,000 depending on what implants company used . Motivate are most expensive implants btw
