Do they make a small enough implant to warrant a revision? Seeking downsizing of current implants.

I am a 33yo female who underwent a breast augmentation in late 2024. My surgeon did an incredible job but after sitting with them for a bit I feel like they are too large and I don't feel like myself. I am 5'4", ~108lbs, was measuring at a small 30b pre-implant. We decided on 235cc low+ profile implants half-under the muscle to go for a natural but supplemented look. Though these are by all means considered very small implants, the overall look presents boobier than I would like, and even though we did low+, the projection and upper pole feels significant to me. The challenge is width. My current implants are 11.75cm. When I went in for a consultation for potential revision, my surgeon said you can't modify the width more than .5cm in either direction or it will negatively impact the shape. The only smaller option within that constraint is a 200cc, low profile as opposed to low+, 11.5cm width. Going smaller than that to 11cm width has smaller options, but the fear is that it would throw off the shape too much I wouldn't be happy with the outcome. My question is: is there anything on the market for an 11.25-11.75cm width implant, low or low+ profile, that is under 200ccs? If not, is there anything else I could do? Or are my only options keeping them and being unhappy with myself, going under surgery for a very minor revision, or getting them out together and being back where I started. Please help!
