Breast implant exchange with local anesthesia - what is the recovery like?

I had small implants put in in 2022, 165 cc with a low plus profile Natrelle along with a breast lift. I absolutely loved them when I got them and was very happy with everything, but I ended up having another baby and everything stretched out again, my doctor says I am a candidate to just do a local anesthesia implant swap. Right now I am 10 pounds over my pre-baby weight, I weigh 130 pounds and have a BWD 10.5 CM. I am wanting to do a local anesthesia exchange with at most 250cc. I'm wondering with just a local anesthesia exchange what the recovery will be like, will I still swell a lot? Will they still have to drop? Is it the worst idea ever to get them done at the beginning of the summer?

Based on your description, it is certainly possible that there is a mismatch between the implant width and the pocket dimensions. When an implant moves excessively toward the side while lying down and appears to separate from the breast tissue, the issue is often related to lateral pocket laxity...

Dear Fierce, The implant is definitely too far lateral and shows a double contour. A Natrelle implant can be low, moderate or high, but I assume it was moderate as opposed to replacing your high profile with high profile. But moderate profile implants are actually wider than high profile, so...
